Our Humble Beginning…
Each year as my two boys were growing up, I would take time from my busy working-mom schedule to make a batch of my sweet zucchini Relish. After gathering the right vegetables I would cut and chunk them up, prepare a brine, then mix up about six jars.
The Relish became a coveted pantry item which was enjoyed by family and friends on hamburgers, hot dogs, in potato salad and in deviled eggs. But once the six jars of sweet relish were gone, that was it for the year.
People would often suggest I should market my Sweet Relish. My response was usually, “when would I have time out of my already busy mom schedule to market a food product!”
After almost 30 years of hearing this same suggestion, I decided it was time to share with the world the most delicious Relish.

We now have three flavors to choose from. All made with Organic and Natural ingredients. The original Sweet, Dill and the newest Sweet With A Little Heat. Even the most “relish reluctant” customers have converted to Bitterroot Zucchini Relish Products. Much to their delight! Some say, they will never use any other Relish!
